Shipping Information

Shipping within United States:
We offer several options for shipping that you will be able to choose during checkout.

We currently offer shipping via UPS Ground or expedited UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping charges are calculated in real-time from our zip code in California to your zip code based on the cumulative weight of the item(s) you have ordered.

We also offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receipt of your order if there is a problem with the product.

Unfortunately, returns on products that are sold-out from the manufacturer will only be accepted if the product is in original, new, factory sealed condition. Once we have the item back in our possession and have determined that it is 100% new/sealed condition, we will refund 100% of the original purchase price (minus the shipping cost).

Returns for reasons other than defective products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
